1. Order Processing

All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.

Please note that order processing time is separate from shipping/transit time. Processing begins once your order has been confirmed and does not include weekends, holidays, or the carrier’s delivery time.

During sales, promotions, product launches, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be longer than usual.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

2. Business Days & U.S. Holiday's

Business days are Monday through Friday.Saturdays, Sundays, and U.S. federal holidays are not considered business days for order processing.Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on a U.S. holiday will begin processing on the next available business day.

4. Calculating Your Shipping Window


Your estimated delivery window begins after your order has been processed and handed over to the shipping carrier.For example:Order placed: MondayProcessing: 2–5 business daysOrder ships: After processing is completedTransit time: Begins once the carrier receives the packagePlease do not count weekends or U.S. holidays as processing business days.The estimated delivery date provided by the carrier is an estimate and may change due to circumstances outside of Amour Esthétique Extensionz LLC’s control.

5. Order Tracking, Status & Updates


Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after the shipping label has been created.Please use the tracking number provided to monitor your package’s progress.If tracking shows that your package has been delivered, but you cannot locate it, please first check around your delivery area, mailbox, front door, leasing office, household members, and with neighbors.

6. Shipping Methods & Costs


Available shipping methods and applicable shipping costs will be displayed at checkout based on your shipping address, order size, and available carrier services.Shipping costs are calculated and charged at checkout unless a promotional offer specifically states otherwise.Free shipping promotions, when offered, are subject to the terms and conditions stated during the promotion.Amour Esthétique Extensionz LLC reserves the right to select the shipping carrier used to fulfill an order.

7. Order Pick-Up


At this time, local order pickup is not available.

8. Shipping & Delivery


Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and secure shipping address at checkout.Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the selected shipping carrier.Amour Esthétique Extensionz LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, natural disasters, incorrect addresses, customs processing, or other circumstances outside of our control.Please make sure someone is available to receive your package when appropriate.

9. Shipping Delays

While we work to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, shipping delays can occur.

Possible causes of delays include:

  • Severe weather
  • Natural disasters
  • Carrier delays
  • High shipping volume
  • Holidays
  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Customs processing
  • Transportation disruptions
  • Other circumstances outside of our control

If your package is delayed, please allow the carrier additional time to complete delivery.

A shipping delay does not automatically qualify an order for a refund or cancellation.

10. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once tracking confirms that a package has been delivered to the address provided at checkout, Amour Esthétique Extensionz LLC is not responsible for packages that are subsequently lost, misplaced, or stolen.

Customers are encouraged to:

  • Use a secure delivery location
  • Request signature confirmation when available
  • Check with household members and neighbors
  • Contact the shipping carrier if a package is marked delivered but cannot be located

If a package is lost while in transit, please contact us so we can assist with the appropriate next steps and/or carrier claim process when applicable.

11. Wrong Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Please carefully review your shipping information before submitting your order.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist before the order ships; however, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been submitted.

If an order has already shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping costs associated with attempting to recover or reship the package.

Amour Esthétique Extensionz LLC is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error.

12. International Shipping

International shipping may be available for select destinations.

International customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and phone number when required by the carrier or customs authority.

International delivery times vary by destination and may take longer than domestic U.S. shipments.

International packages may be subject to customs inspections or delays that are outside of Amour Esthétique Extensionz LLC’s control.

13. Duties, Fees & Taxes

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import fees, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country of destination.

These fees are not included in the product price or standard shipping charges unless specifically stated at checkout.

Customers are responsible for understanding and paying any applicable fees associated with importing their order.

If a customer refuses to pay required customs duties or fees and the package is returned to Amour Esthétique Extensionz LLC, any refund or reshipment will be handled according to our return/refund policy and may be subject to applicable shipping costs and fees.
