1. Order Authorization Form
Please read and fully understand our policies, in any circumstance that the customer does not follow, read and understand our policies we will be held accountable.
After placing an order on Amour Esthétique Extensionz.com you will be asked to fill out an Order Authorization Form (Order Authorization Form)You MUST fill out your form for your order to ship. If you do not fill out your form within 24 HOUR AFTER PLACING YOUR ORDER we will cancel your order! Our form requires you to confirm the order & show a government-issued identification card.
If for any reason we say your order will be refunded & canceled the refund will take 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS to appear on your bank statements.
IF you received the wrong products you have 7 DAYS after delivery to notify us (PRODUCTS CANNOT BE TAMPERED WITH). After that WE CAN NOT HELP, NO EXCEPTIONS!
2. Return Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return your hair, please review the eligibility requirements below.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and unworn.
- The hair must be in its original condition.
- The hair must not have been cut, colored, bleached, washed, installed, brushed excessively, or chemically processed.
- The original packaging and any tags must remain intact.
- Your return request must be submitted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Items that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted for a refund.
No Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different texture, length, or product, you may return your eligible item for a refund and place a new order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified whether your return has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
Please note that the customer is responsible for ensuring that returned items arrive in their original condition. We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning your item.

3.Return Process
If your order is eligible for a return and you agree to the above terms, please follow the steps below:
1. Contact our customer support within 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return and provide the necessary details. Our customer support will provide you with the the return address to ship your package back to.
2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, if possible, and include all original accessories, manuals, and any other items that came with the product.
3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method and provide us with the tracking information. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance to protect against any loss or damage during transit.
4.Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or denied.
If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow your financial institution or payment provider additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
If the returned item does not meet our Return Eligibility requirements, the item may be rejected and a refund will not be issued.
Please note: We do not offer exchanges. Eligible items may only be returned for a refund.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
We only replace items or accept returns if items are defective or damaged upon arrival. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Customers have 7 days after receiving the item to send a return or exchange inquiry with photos of the defective item(s) to amouresthetiqueextensionz@gmail.com
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed and you will either be shipped the same product you initially purchased, or refunded. You are responsible for shipping costs back to us.
6. Order Cancellation

We understand that sometimes you may need to change or cancel your order. Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing your order.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Cancellation requests are not guaranteed until you receive confirmation from Amour Esthétique Extensionz.
If your cancellation is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
7. DISPUTE POLICY
Here at Amour Esthétique Extensionz L.L.C we have zero tolerance for disputes. In the event that the customer disputes you will be posted on our public instagram page until all funds are returned. Failure to return ALL funds will result in legal action.
